Gazy Brothers Farm is going on its fourth generation of farming. Established in 1918, Grandma and Grandpa Gazsi purchased their farm in Oxford.
Today, Ed Gazy runs the 80 acre farm with the help of his wife, Alexis; his brothers, Pete and Tony; and his four children, Dominic, Roseanne, Nicholas, and Albert.

For the past twenty years, Dorcas and Ron Vancil have been preparing Saint-X pesto, sold only in farmers’ markets in Connecticut. Dorcas’s unique recipe has led her Saint-X pesto to become known as the “destination pesto” – with customers traveling long distances to keep a supply of this wonderful sauce on hand.
Our garlic, arugula and ramp pestos exclusively use Connecticut greens.

nOURish BRIDGEPORT (capitalization intentional) is a food-centered, volunteer-powered, community-anchored 501c3 bringing hope to our City through direct service programs. Bridgeport is defined as a Food Desert, with 1 in 4 residents facing daily food insecurity & inaccessibility to nutritious produce. nOURish provides thousands of neighbors weekly with Groceries from our Food Pantry, Formula & Diapers from our Baby Center, Hot Meals from our Soup Kitchen, Education from our English Classes, & Hope from our Hearts.
